The relationships among ABM Members are what carries knowledge, opportunity and trust throughout the Community. What grows from one conversation can reach far beyond the people who began it. ABM works like mycelium, the living web of fungal threads beneath a forest. Visible outcomes reveal a network of relationships that continually creates possibilities.
Online Connectors
ABM’s Online Connectors establish a consistent rhythm of participation that creates new connections and allows existing relationships to evolve.
Connectors take place weekly. Most Members participate in at least one two-hour Connector each month where they schedule up to five 20-minute meetings with other ABM Members and guests. ABM facilitates introductions through human judgment, informed by our knowledge about each participant’s work, experience and priorities.
Members respond promptly to meeting requests, block appointment slots to condense their schedule as needed, and make themselves available for the conversations they accept.
ABM Spheres
ABM Spheres focus the Community’s collective capacity. ABMers combine experience, resources, relationships, and ideas to create possibilities together.
